  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • As our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for issues such as incorrect size, style, color, or changes of mind.

2. Order Accuracy

  • Carefully review your order before completing checkout.
  • If you notice any discrepancies while the order is still processing, contact us immediately at support@brainrot-shop.com. We may be able to make changes before the order is finalized.

3. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • For damaged or incorrect products, contact us at support@brainrot-shop.comΒ within 30 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged item, your order number, and any relevant details. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
  • For delayed or missing orders, verify the delivery address in your shipping confirmation email and check with your local post office and neighbors. If the address was correct and you still cannot locate your package, reach out to us with your order number. If the issue was due to an address mistake, you will need to cover the cost of reshipping.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs delays, strikes, or natural disasters.
