Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. While 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days, more than half are shipped within 3 business days. Please note that processing time does not include shipping and is an estimate, not a guarantee.

  • Australia: 2-14 business days
  • Japan: 4-8 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

We collaborate with an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide to ship your order from the nearest location.

We currently do not ship to the following regions due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

  • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine

  • North Korea

Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to certain areas within the country.
